　　　　In recent years, the society have been strict on environment load and management of chemical substance. Especially in European ROHS order, azoth, cadmium, 6 chrome, PBB, PBDE are prohibited to use from June 1, 2006. Now consumers are also sensitive about environment, when the pollution occur or the prohibited products are being use, then it not only the problem of expenses on return of products but also damage of company image. In this case, in order to reduce the environment pollution we ask our suppliers not to use prohibited environment load substance. In order to protect the environment of the earth, every one has to realize the importance of environment protection; in order to promote the business that emphasis on environment, we hope than suppliers can understand and cooperate with us. Please implement in accordance with content below.

　　1. Consignment
　　About elements in the attachment of "subject exception list", they can not be replaced because they are not acknowledged by customers. Don not replace it when our company do not required, other parts can be replaced according to the content below. 
　　For products that are difficult to replace, please contact act department before March 19, 2004.  
　　1) Replace of none-lead soldering tin (Sｎ－3.0Ａｇ－0.5Ｃｕ)。
　　2) Replace of none-lead plating tin
　　3) Replace of none 6 chrome
　　If there is any thing you are not clear, please contact with promote person of toxic substance cutting activity or principal of procedure department of our company.  

　　2. Replace time
　　Products purchased from our company before May 27, 2004, should replace accordingly. 
　　Although the drawing can not be replaced but it can be replaced at any time. Before replacement of the drawing, please correspond this consignment letter and contact with act principal. 
　　※ Semi finished part is difficulty to make a correspond, please contact with act principal of our company.
